In Italy, on the outskirts of Milan, exists the quiet town of Leggiuno. This town is also home to a luxury Italian shirting mill of the same name. Founded in 1908, Leggiuno is one of the world's most prestigious shirting fabric enterprises and uses only the best and rarest Egyptian and Supima cottons. Leggiuno fabric is the epitome of excess and luxury, as a result its products are prized by leading luxury fashion brands such as Prada, Hermes, Versace, Zegna, Etro, Kenzo, Burberry & Paul Smith, to name but a few.

Woven and finished with typical Italian style, this fabric has a silky sheen, smooth handle and light texture. Leggiuno uses very little dye in an attempt to keep the cotton as close to its original state as possible.

The prize of our Leggiuno collection is our 170/2 superfine twills. These fabrics have a handle like no other. We also carry a classic range of 80/2 oxfords which make the prefect dress shirt. All of our Leggiuno shirts come with a mill label sewn into the shirt.

If you would like a luxury shirt with Italian style and a creamy feel, look no further than Leggiuno.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Although all of our fabrics are pre-shrunk there is always an element of shrinkage with a cotton fabric. We allow for this when making your garment. We recommend that you wash your shirts at no more than 30 degrees Centigrade and only hang dry (do not put in a dryer). Please turn your shirt inside out before washing to protect its beautiful pearl buttons. Ironing a damp shirt is always easiest. Dry cleaning is an option too.
