Garments: Every garment from Tailor On Ten is custom-made just for you. Therefore, returned items can't be resold. We strongly encourage responsible shopping (please double check the sizing, fabric choice and order options before confirming). However, we understand mistakes are made. If we make a mistake, we will send you a replacement or refund your money. If you make a mistake with your order, email us and we will see what we can do fairly to help you get the garment you want. We want you to be happy with your order. If you would like to return an item, please email us within 30 days of placing the order and describe the problem. Include your order number in the correspondence. Accessories: If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase of accessories (e.g., ties, collar stays, buttons, etc.) you can return it to Tailor On Ten within 30 days of purchase date. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of the goods. Please note: Shipping charges are only refundable if your return is a result of an error made by Tailor On Ten.
