Danny caught our attention immediately with his awesome hairstyle and winning attitude - but then, who wouldn’t be in a great mood while getting ready to wed the girl of your dreams; in Danny’s case, the beautiful Halinka. We caught up with Danny to get the scoop on him, his wife and their big day...

Tell us a little bit about where you’re from and what you do for a living.
German-born half-Russian Australian lawyer and full time rock musician.

Any highlights you’d like to share about your hometown?
Perth is rapidly growing into an amazing destination city which has it all - from oceanic solitude to a bustling small bar scene. Close to Asia but far from the world, I can highly recommend the west coast of Australia as an alternative to the usual tourist destinations on the east.

Can you tell us how work and life in your city/town affects the way you dress?
Perth has a lot of sunshine and gets quite hot in summer, so a good wool suit is very important, especially working in the Central Business District. There's a big "no tie" culture as well so there is a risk of being "too casual" - even more important to have a well-fitted suit and a snazzy shirt!

You've got a great haircut. Is there a story behind it?
Yes. Only members of the worldwide lawyer-musician conspiracy get to have it...

What can you say about your Tailor On Ten bespoke experience and how did this come about?
Tailor on Ten was a truly unique experience. The service, the selection of materials and the final result were totally worth the trip. Wouldn't go anywhere else in the future, especially knowing that Tailor on Ten have my measurements....

Where did you and your beautiful bride meet? What’s the story?
Halinka and I have been best friends for years. Where a relationship is based first and foremost on a deep-seated friendship, everything else just falls into place. I'm extremely lucky to have found such an amazing girl... and then SHE asked ME to marry her... best...

What was the inspiration for your wedding attire?
Semi-vintage (anything but a black suit and a white tie). Something to contrast the rural setting with the kangaroos and emus.

You both ended up looking great, but who spent the most time selecting wedding outfits, you or the bride?
I'll let you guess that one…

Danny wore a stunning blue Super 120s suit from Vitale Barberis Canonico, which made for a superb contrast to the forest backdrop of green and brown, especially with the brown corozo nut buttons. The slim peak lapels gives just the right amuont of attitude, while the slim, precise fit ensures no guests will overshadow him. This is how you win the wedding style game.
